What counts as a small edit?
The routine stuff: new hours, a price change, a fresh photo, a staff member coming or going, a closing notice for the Fourth of July. A whole new page is different, and you'll get a quote for it first.
Who notices if the site stops loading?
Our monitoring does, and it pings us rather than you. Pages with no database behind them rarely go down in the first place.
Will you take over hosting for a site another company made?
Generally no. The plans are designed around sites we write ourselves. If yours sits on WordPress or a drag-and-drop builder, Roger will help you decide whether fixing it or replacing it makes more sense.
Does the monthly rate creep up?
